• App means the mobile application titled "GetMacro," including all related features, content, and updates.
• We, Us, or Our means the developer and operator of GetMacro.
• Service means, collectively, the App, the Website, and any services offered by Us.
• Device means any device capable of accessing the Service.
• Website means getmacro.app and any associated subdomains.
• You means the individual using the Service.

Agreement to Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon Your acceptance of these Terms and the GetMacro Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must discontinue use of the Service.

Description of Service

GetMacro is a nutrition tracking application available on the Apple App Store. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

Subscriptions & Payments

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Their terms govern payment processing, renewals, and refunds. We do not process, store, or have access to Your payment information.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel Your subscription at any time through Your Device settings or Your Apple ID account.

Local Data Storage

GetMacro does not require account creation or sign-in. There are no user accounts, no cloud storage, and no data synchronization. All data You create within the App is stored exclusively on Your Device.

• We do not have access to Your locally stored data
• If You delete the App, all data will be permanently lost
• We cannot recover lost data under any circumstances

You are solely responsible for backing up Your Device if You wish to preserve Your data.

Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

GetMacro does not provide medical advice, nutritional counseling, or professional health services. All nutrition estimates and data are approximations and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

• The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• You should consult licensed professionals for dietary or medical guidance
• We are not liable for inaccuracies in nutrition data or for any dietary decisions You make

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Upload or submit violent, explicit, offensive, or unlawful content
• Upload or submit racist, hateful, abusive, or harassing content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Circumvent protections or gain unauthorized access to Our systems
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended use

Usage Limits

Certain features of the Service are subject to usage limits. These limits may vary and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Reaching a usage limit does not constitute a defect in the Service and does not entitle You to a refund or credit.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers to deliver certain functionality. These services are operated by independent parties outside of Our control and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not control and are not responsible for such services.

Service Availability

Features that depend on third-party services or internet connectivity may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We are not liable for any loss resulting from the unavailability of any feature. The unavailability of any feature — whether temporary or permanent — does not entitle You to a refund, credit, or compensation.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service are owned exclusively by Us or Our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

"As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our total liability shall not exceed the amount You paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App from Your Device. Deleting the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if You violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to You immediately cease. No refund, credit, or compensation will be issued for any active subscription or purchase if Your access is suspended or terminated.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
